Pianist Xiangyu Zhao

Our next performance features Xiangyu Zhao, the winner of our Piano Concerto Competition, performing Piano Concerto in D flat major by Aram Khachaturian. The orchestra will also perform The Pines of Rome by Ottorino Respighi, Fantasy on Themes of Mussorgsky, by P. D. Clark and Dramatic Essay by E. F. Braun.

Patrick D. Clark
Music Director

Patrick David Clark is a conductor, composer, performer, teacher and writer holding a DMA degree in composition from Rice University and a Masters degree in orchestral conducting from the University of Missouri. Currently he is a Visiting Instructor in Composition at the University of Missouri School of Music.


The Jefferson City Symphony Orchestra performs in the Lincoln University Robert and Charlene Mitchell Auditorium of the Richardson Fine Arts Center, 710 E Dunklin St, Jefferson City, Missouri. Map
